California Street Retro Ranch

The California Street Retro Ranch will take you back in time! The Brady Bunch home was my initial inspiration, but the 60's and 70's took over and the end result is more atomic ranch style! After a year long restoration, this brightly colored one story ranch will bring Happiness to anyone that steps inside! You will wish you stayed just a little bit longer to enjoy everything it has to offer! The game rooms include a pool table, air hockey, Skee-ball, an original 1973 Pin Ball machine! The space Built in 1953 with an addition in the 80’s. The entire 50’s side has been gutted and renovated. I will 3 private bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a queen/twin bunk bed in the open game room area (not private, but has 3rd bath attached). 65” TV’s in the game rooms. A full size pool table, air hockey, a pinball machine, Skeeball and of course the pool in the back yard will keep you enertained for days… All on one floor! Guest access The entire house is available for use. Other things to note 3 Bedrooms are private bedrooms. The queen has its own private bathroom. The King and twin room share the hall bathroom. Bedroom 4 is the bunk room and is not private, as you walk through it to get outside and go back and forth to bedrooms, but has its own attached full bathroom.
